Apparent murder-suicide of two elderly couple
Police
said they believed a husband shot his wife before shooting himself. This is
after the investigation of the police officers when they found an elderly
couple dead in their home. The Fairfax County Police went to the home located
at 8900 block of Walker Street near the River Turnpike in the Fairfax area to
check on the couple at around 10:30 pm, but when they arrived, they found the
couple dead in their home. The victims are 86-year-old Janos Joahn Gertler and
Eva Anna Vas, 73 years old. The police believe that Gertler shot Vas, his wife,
before shooting himself. This incident is horrifying, and I can't imagine their
